The Exorcist: Legion VR is an episodic virtual reality game developed by Wolf & Wood Interactive Ltd. and published by LegionVR LLC & Fun Train that was released on June 19, 2018. The game is based on The Exorcist franchise, being non-canon but fits the story of The Exorcist III and its novel, Legion.[2]
Chapters[]
The game consists of five chapters, each 25-30 minutes in length, with the player acting as a detective investigating demons.
Chapter 1: "First Rites"[]
Chapter 1: "First Rites" focuses on the cult-like murder of Father Bell, taking place in Boston.[3] [4]
Chapter 2: "Idle Hands"[]
Chapter 2: "Idle Hands" focuses on a mentally-ill school teacher, Lucie Moss, who is suffering from psychotic episodes.[5] [6]
Chapter 3: "Skin Deep"[]
Chapter 3: "Skin Deep" focuses on a pregnant model, Maria Del-Mar, and the demon Abyzou, who is blamed for infant mortality.[7] [8]
Chapter 4: "Samaritan"[]
Chapter 4: "Samaritan" is about a plague in Haiti.[9] [10]
Chapter 5: "The Tomb"[]
Chapter 5: "The Tomb" takes place in Upper Mesopotamia, with a battle against the "ultimate evil," the demon Pazuzu.[11] [12] [13]
